Chi è Reporter senza frontiere (Reporters Without Borders)? E' un'associazione di giornalisti.
Reporters Without Borders is the largest press freedom organization in the world, with over 120 correspondents across the globe. Founded in 1985, RSF has been working to protect and defend journalists for nearly 30 years.
Il suo scopo è di difendere, combattere, dare e lavorare
- defends journalists and media assistants imprisoned or persecuted for doing their job and exposes the mistreatment and torture of them in many countries.
- fights against censorship and laws that undermine press freedom.
- gives financial aid each year to journalists or media outlets in difficulty (to pay for lawyers, medical care and equipment) as well to the families of imprisoned journalists.
- works to improve the safety of journalists, especially those reporting in war zones.

Ogni giorno, i giornalisti devono affrontare minacce di censura, pericoli o la morte nello svolgimento del loro lavoro di informare gli altri. Reporters sans frontières (RSF - Reporters sans Frontières) esiste per esaminare i loro casi,esporre i limiti alla libertà di stampa e supportare i giornalisti che vengono perseguitati.
